We are located in Stockholm and Skellefteå. Skellefteå is a town with a lot of University activities and a population around 100 000. Xzakt is a private owned company independent of both carriers and government subsidies. The company started in October 2000 by a small group with a lot of experience from the call-centre industry and with sound financial backing. The goal is to become supplier of full range customer-services. We are growing in order to meet our clients' needs. We now provide first class service to companies that are both well known and well regarded.
 
Xzakt has well-known reputation for recruiting operators, sale staff and back office personal. All employees are interviewed by a specialist and are continually subjected to tests. Once taken on the employees are given a 25 weeks long introduction training package containing:

The company policy, goals and strategies. The needs of our customers. Service, attitudes and customer awareness. Sales techniques, attention getting, presentation, argumentation, needs analysis and closing of sales. Work in goal oriented groups, responsibility and involvement, as well as problem solving. Computer hardware, general software and special applications. Telephone and Call Centre technology including skill based allotment. Quality standards, goals and measurement. Interaction support for email, ergonomics, voice training and suitable languages. Goal oriented work.

 Alfred von Platen Alfred von Platen, CEO. His closest experience comes from Mangold Fondkommission, where he worked as Head of Trading. In earlier experiences Alfred has also worked as Head of Marketing at Lap Power and the London Stock Exchange Nordic Regional Office.

 
 
 Gunilla Von Platen Gunilla is the major shareholder and has a very long experience from this line of business. She has successfully built telemarketing and sales operations for amongst others Skandia Insurance and Kalix Tele24. Her skills and devotion are well known and she divides her time between Skellefteå and Stockholm.

 
 
 Fredrik Lithén Fredrik is in charge of systems and development and has worked 8 years as a consultant, for some years with his own company. He also worked 2 years developing systems for Kalix Tele24. He is responsible for all our technologies and program development as well as our computer and telephone systems. He also manages our internal and external resources in these fields.

 
 
 Susanne Fahlgren is head of economy,
