Incoming service and case management. We use our own modern knowledge-based support and case management system.

Telemarketing
We offer a qualitative active contact with existing and potential new customers through outbound calls, where we carry out test launches, market research, appointments and follow-ups.

Executive
We also take physical care of matters and errands, such as to receive, process and send out manuals, catalogs, magazines, spare parts, tickets, etc. We can easily handle much of the company's back office and administrative tasks.

Logistics
We coordinate all that is needed for logistics management.
