Xzakt has distinct criterias when recruiting staff. All administrators, telephone operators and salesmen undergo tests and interviews. The co-workers are continuously given education within:
- The organisation's business concept, goals and strategies.
- The customers' requirements, service orientation, attitudes and customer awareness.
- Sales techniques and Call center techniques.
- Interaction support for e-mail, Web-Chat, fax, IP-connection etc.
- Subscription services and specific assignments.
- Ergonomics, voice care and necessary languages.
We are very proud of all our administrators, telephone operators, salesmen, account managers and support staff.
Xzakt believes in personal involvement and strives as far as possible to assist each one of our employees to optimize their potential.
Key personnel within technique/system development, production management, knowledge management and customer relation are very experienced and have great knowledge. Further, we have a network of independent system developers covering a large area of competence. This makes it possible for Zxakt to mobilize the necessary resources at reasonable costs.

Alfred von Platen is the CEO.
Alfred has previously worked as Head of Equities at Mangold Fondkommision.
He has also been the Marketing Manager at Lap Power, ran the entrepreneurial company Dagens Finans and was the Marketing Manager of the London Stock Exchange’s Nordic Regional Office.

Gunilla von Platen is the main owner, founder and Chairman of the company.
She has a very solid background from the industry and started the company from scratch. Gunilla has successfully built Telemarketing- and sales operations for both Skandia Försäkringsbolag, Kalix Tele24.
Gunilla is a board member of the stock listed company Cision, Kinvest AB, is with the council of Sophiahemmet, a non profitable organisation, which owns and operates the hospital and nursing education.
She is an ambassador for the NGO Hand in Hand in India, which helps underprivileged women to self-help by learning entrepreneurship. Gunilla is a partner of the real estate company Tegnergatan and has started a private equity company where she invests in several start-up companies.
Gunilla was also a dragon at the Swedish version of the TV series Draknästet (Dragon’s Den), where she gained the attention of several entrepreneurs.

Fredrik Lithèn TSO (System manager), has worked as IT consultant as self-employed and with technology development for serveral Call centers.
Fredrik is responsible for the technology and software development, all computer and phone systems as well as managning the internal and external resources for this purpose.
